My game idea:
____________________________________________________________________
Characters: Player 1 (the bystander)
Levels: Parties, Parking lots, dorm rooms, questions presented [a classroom set-up?]
Interaction: Player moves throughout situations with a respect bar or counter in a corner. The Respect bar goes up or down based on the player's reaction to situations. For example, actual scenarios are presented where the bystander must choose whether they should step in. Some do not require the player to step in, others do. If the bystander steps in too often, they may lose respect. Also, there are questions presented where the player must decide if what is presented is a rape or sexual assault. Having a grasp on this information is crucial, and not knowing the limitations of what rape is may lead to losing respect.
How to win: 20-30 questions and interactions, where the bystander's level is graded at the end. A high score may be 97% respected, etc.
Dr. Trader, what do you think?
Thanks...!
